Rip off! Got a Lemon instead of a car! Bad Customer Services!

What kind of a brand new car with only 5 miles when we brought it, breaks down, over heat and some other shit (problems) related to the engines... Within 6 months!!!? I tell you what... I got a F-in' Lemon!!! Yeah, the damn car (lemon) does come with the warranty but the hassle of taking it in the shop and getting it fixs... But recent a few days ago!!! They make me sooooooo f mad i even cuss at all the f's that works there!!!

So, my mom took the car in for them to check out what's wrong... Why the steering wheels jerks, since my mom only speak broken english... She didn't really understand... And that's why i got in on the part... They say it's got to do with the tires. So it doesn't cover on the damn warranty~ but we have to pay the $80 buck for them just to take a damn look! I was like WTF!!!

So i start cussing, yelling and screaming!!! I was like SHIT! My mom will f pay u guys the $80 but u need to pick my mom up so she can take the damn car home! They say no..."we will not go the extra miles to pick you up because i cussed at them!" the also say" we don't need your business!" so that even got me more upset... Not because of the $80 bucks but just the way the manager were talking... And also my mom have 4 kids... 3 of them are 10 and under and and i'm 22 with two little one of my own (one is 2yrs and the other is 8 months old) i drive a compact car..." How the F will my mom get her ass to the dealership to pick up our van? So... I have to get all carseats ready and drove my mom over to the damn place... Leaving my lil' 10years old brother at home... We were there for 30 mins just to pick up our piece of junk... But just gettting over to there take like 45 mins because of the kids and also the street on grand ave were beening fix...!!! But it's like 6 miles way! If they only come and pick our ass up I wouldn't get all mad and shit! But so now i hate them and i just wanted to let you people out there know that if u are planning to get a mazda (which i hope you won't) whatever you do "DO NOT GO TO WEST COVINA LICOLN MERCURY MAZDA" cuz all they will do is sell you a damn lemon and you have to put up with their NO customer service!!!

Oh yeah, my the way they are not listed with the BBB-BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Any yes i have hired a law firm to see if my car is being protected with the lemon law since it broke down sooooooooo many time within the 1st year! And guess what "IT IS!"... As of right now... I want to see THEIR ASS GOES DOWN...
