Midtown Towing
Harbor personal property without release

I had gotten my car imponded to Midtown Towing. I came up to Midtown towin on May15 and payed $515.00 to have my vehicle released that day. The towe service did not release my vehicle to me nor would they even pull it up off the lot so that I could bring another towe truck companty to have the vehicle towed.

There fore I called on monday to see if the vehicle was pulled out, they stated that the person who is able to do that did not come in. I called back on Tuesday a lady stady the man was to busy to pull it up. So I called back Wednesday demanded to speak with the manager, they would not allow me.

I found out the manager's name was David. I then called back later on, on wednesday evening I dmenaded to speak with a manager they stated he was busy and he refused to come to the phone. The girl stated that she would take down my number and that she will have the manager call me.

The manager never did call nor did my vehicle get pulled up. I then called on Friday morning spoke with a female about the situation. She stated that David the manager stated that he would towe the vehicle to my house that day free of charge. That day the vehicle was never towed to my house nor did i recieve a phone call.

I then called in Monday a female stated that they did pull the car up but she stated they changed there mind that they will not towe the vehicle to my house.

I told the lady that i will not be able to come pick up the vehicle till friday due to there inconvenience. I have missed days of work due to the inconvenience of this company. I demand total compensation.
