Ripoff No contact and no delivery

I ordered a frame from choppers unlimited on January 9. I was told 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. I am now in the 25th week and now can not get ahold of the owner or anybody else for this matter.

I paid 1100.00 dollars through my place of work. I am fearing that all this is going to be a big rip off. I need some help i will be talking with my boss on this matter in the morning of 04/21/05. To see if there is an way through them to handle this?

I fear i am going to lose my hard earned money.
