Ripoff would not give fair market price for totaled auto

After getting hit by an insured of USAA the insurance company would only give me junk yard price for car. I sent in supporting documents on the fair market value of this car and they were ignored. The company would not call back and i had to contact them. I have been without a car for a month and they won't do anything.
