Ripoff on vechile's

My wife bought a 2001 Ford Escort from Great Western in aprox. Nov. 2002. The gave my wife a carfax report this car had never been in a wreck.

My wife and me got into a car wreck in Oct. 2003 and the car was takin to a body shop for insurance. When the body shop took the car apart to see damage done under neath the other damage there was 3 diffirent colors of paint a 1/4 of the bumper was cut off.

I contacted Great Western about this and the said they did not now anything about it. The agreement that was made with Bob Pickle (Great Western), my wife and me was they where to pay the other car off.

Bob Pickle agreed to pay the other car off and get us into another vechile because we did not have one. They added the pay off to are car we have now and what they put on the paper for pay off is not what they paid.

They paid less. So where did this other money go they I paid for. Bob Pickle lied when they said they would pay it off for are inconvience.

They put it on us. We are paying for it not them. The owner Josh Griffin called my father in law to talk to him to see what he wanted to do about the car since he was the co-sighner for my wife.

My father in law told Josh Griffin he had to deal with me and my wife. They are a fraud. They say they don't now about the damage's and thats a lie.

They scrued us bad and it's not right.in the car fax report it showed never to be in a wreck and that was a lie.
