Ripped Me Off Too And I Am Trying To File A Lawsuit. Any help would be appreciated! Ripoff

I bought a 2000 Chevy s-10 in 2000. I financed 11,000 for the truck and after all is said and done I will be paying about 20,000. I was never told that I would be charged daily fees for being late and they also took an unauthorized payment out of my acct when I only gave them a check for one! I have 300.00 worth of fees in my bank and had to fight to get it back.

Mr. Rodriquez is the person that I had spoke with. They would never let me speak to anyone else. Everytime they would call and harass me I would end the phone call in tears. They have caused me so much stress! They also call any phone that I have called them from (caller id) even if it isn't my phone. I have told them not to call me at work and they do anyway. I am researching so I can file a suit as well and any help would be GREATLY appreciated! I have never done anything like this!
