Ripoff they declined all repairs

My name is tara I received a call from continental warranty offering this great package promising all kinds of benifits lodging and food if I break down out of town, rental car, only $100 deductible, it was an offer really nobody could refuse I asked if I could wait till the next day to think about it the lady said they would not offer the same price for the warrenty if i did not take it with that phone call she said if I agreed she would give me a special with financing for 1 year instead of 6 months.

Well me being so gullable in beleiveing her I took the policy she specifically said I am coverd for check engine light and abs light. The lady said I can take it to who ever I want to repair it, engine light went on last week (9 months later) so I brought it to the dealership to check for the problem I gave them the warrenty information. The dealership had to do an emission test and suspention test 89.95 and 79.95 to give the problem to make the claim turns out I need ball joints and my engine needs upper and lower intakes and it has a faulty idle air controll I had gottan a rental car because i would have no other way for transportion to work this was fri they would not send an ajuster out till mon.

Mon morning they declined all repairs so I had to pay for rental and test $280.00 with no repairs. Custumer service was the worst so rude refused to put supervisor on phone and said i am gonna disconnect the call but like I told them I will see them in court i filed my case today may be we can make this a class action.
