Ripoff, Not honest

Went in to buy a new auto, late at night I exchanged my items but forgot some very old coins my dad had gave to me. When I called the next day they said that they must have thrown them away. They were sapose to fit my snow board rack on my jeep they never did it. My jeep had chips they never fixed (It was NEW) also the transmission was slipping they said that the jeep needed to warm up for 10 min before driving but when I took it into another shop the next day it was 1 qt low and had a visable leak.
