Car Rental Bad Attititude Customer Service Is No Good In OKC

Do not use katt or cat person she is very rude and is not a customer oriented sales person she will not give you a manager.

Basically i was having a car repaired at a body shop.
I new that my insurance had a cap.
Called this loacation 405-636-0350.
Christina said not to worry about it. They would call the insurance comp. And get a ext.

I didnt know she was new.
Later the next day this branch called my wife and said i had about 4 hours to return the car.
I called them and told them that i had called them yesterday and they had told me not to worry about. Katt says will that person is new. And if you dont return this car you will be billed for it. I told her that this is really put a bind on me. And that is why i called and checked with them yesterday, so i could make arrangements i have alot of baseball equipment inside and thats not giving me any time to clean the car out fill it with gas etc.
She said that they have some one there that can give me a ride home. I said that not going to help me much when i am stranded with out trans. Then she said well i can have some one come to your work to help clean it out and pick it up. I said that wont work because im at work.

Here is the kicker* katt said will it is clear that you do have time because you have talked with me this long.

I say so this is how you treat people. Katt says sorry you feel taht way.
So i hung up and will not use this company again.
