Ripoff refusal to provide monthly statements, balance and payment history

I have contacted this lender on five separate occasions requesting payment history as I believe their payoff amount to be incorrect. Despite my contacting them by the method stated on their web site I have yet to have one balance and payment history mailed to my house. The last three times I have called I have requested to speak with a manager regarding this issue and each time was promised resolution. The payoff amount they have indicated via phone seems incorrect from my records yet I cannot get a payment history from the company to verify. Additionally I state poor customer service as I was hung up on by one of the representatives, they have failed to update my records with new information on several occasions, and a supervisor "Anna" (badge #6056) was rude to me and told me I "better be sure" I was right before I state that the balance is incorrectly listed.
