US Auto Parts Fraudulent business, will not let you cancel an order or dispute anything, you get put on permanent hold which then hangs up on you. Ripoff

BuyCarWheels.com is a fraudulent business. They will take your credit card number, charge your account and then have no furthur communication with you. If you call them for customer service no one will answer and the automated voice system will hang up on you. If you call BuyCarWheels.com and choose to speak with a representative about sales, the person that answers will immediately place you on permanent hold.

Fortunately I only bought one wheel from them so I didn't lose as much as I am sure some people have. I recieved no order number, no confirmation or reciept email, and cannot get ahold of anyone who can do anything for my situation. My card was charged the very minute I placed the order and that is the end of any possible communication with them.

BuyCarWheels.com operates under many different names, including Auto Body Parts, which they say on their voice system when you call the number. They show up on your credit card statement as US Auto Parts - 310 719 8666. They registered their web site with http://www.domainsbyproxy.com / so that you cannot see any information when performing a WHO IS lookup.
