I just wanted to fix a leaking heater hose! I've been to Econo Lube and Tune two times now. The first time was to get 1 fuel injector changed. The mechanic told me he couldn get 1 of my spark plugs out and it was stripped, so they would have to remove the Head on my car...$1200!

I threw a fit and got on my cell phone to my dad, all of a sudden a piece of rubber which wasnt there befor (since a worker at auto zone helped me change plugs) appeared. Funny huh "oh it must have got stuck from one of my tools... Yeah right. I got the problem fixed as i stood over them watching what they'd try next. Just yesturday a heater hose started leaking, took it to Econo Lube and Tune beacause it's only 2 blocks awaky and didn't want to risk car running hot and crack my head on the car, they refused to fix hose and told me to take my buisiness elswhere because if all thay replaced was a hose and didnt do a radiator flush and diagnostic they couldn't guarantee their work.

I was desperate I need my car for work really bad. It took them 4 hours to get a hose because the parts guy bought back the wrong hose 4 times!

The next day my car ran hotter than ever and the hose is still leaking, causing the engine to lose pressure and overheat! Now i have paid $189 and cant work for 2 days and cant even drive 3 blocks w/out the car gettin hot. Monday when they open at 8 they said i'd be the first customer seen.

They are so full of shit. Monday I might have to call the cops, i'm not getting ripped off, and after i've seen the stories tonight about these Econo theives, I'm calling an attorney while i'm in their office waiting for them to fix my problem. A little leak... Econo Lube... Too much money... And my car is in worst condition. If any attorneys read this and want a case of fraude feel free to call me asap
