Ripoff dishonest scam fraudulent imigrant rupert cebular fraud

What out for this guy Rupert Cebular. He is just another dishonest imigrant trying to exploit hardworking americans with his business. HE charged my credit card $1500 without my permission. He was supposed to upgrade an ebike I had purchased with an 1100 watt motor, but instead left the original motor on the ebike and put in about $50 worth of stuff to make it appear he had done what he was supposed to do.

He had my credit card number from when I first bought the bike and charged $1500 for the non-existent upgrade without my signature on any receipt or permission. He is very dishonest and loves to lie, can barely speak english. People like this need to be deported back to whatever crap country they come from. Beware this store and don't give them any business.
