Tent sale sept. 15 in kmar-t pkng. Lot in L.A. Tustin nissan dealer approved us (me n wife) for an auto loan of $15,999. With a down payment of $2160. They let us drive it away, three months later they come back to pick-up our truck. They promised down payment refund before they took the truck, for the following month they gave us the run around and never responded to our letter... Still haven't heard from them.

According to the paragraph in back of the contract they have to send a letter to notify us to return the vehicle, when the dealer cant find a lender. They did not, on top of all things the last letter denied from a lender we received was a month the lastest after drive-off. They waited the full three months to end-up charging us (supposeably) for mileage and time with the truck. But did we even get a closing statement NOPE. If any one has a familiar story and may help with this problem we would really appreciate it. Thanxs -mike
