Ripoff

We ordered a truck seat from this guy named Rick, a/k/a James Rick Bond as best as I can tell. His wife's name is Denise. Unfortunately, we mailed a check, check cleared by James R. Bond, payable to Denise Bond through M&T bank (?) in November. One excuse after another and then he quit answering calls from us, however, we called from a home phone the week before Christmas and he answered and said he would have tracking number that afternoon. Has not answered calls since and one number he gave us has been disconnected. He changed his message after the first of the year to say Happy New Year. Ha Ha!

We are out $240 because of this low life. Please don't make the same mistake we did. We reported to the BBB but have not had any response. A guy like this, I'm sure could care less!
