And Individual - Jay - G - True - John I've been a victim rippoff, fraud, dishonest, scammed, mistreated

In May I took a two week vacation to visit Disney and some close friends in Orlando. While shopping around I discovered this Auto store that sell wheels, tires. I decided to purchase some wheels for my car. I left a $500.00 cash deposit to get the order ready then wrote a check for the remainder of the balance $1280.00. The check was cashed right away, but I have not receive my product.

Originally i was told it would take wo weeks after the balance was paid and it's been alomost a year. Everytime I call they give me different excuses. The excusses went from they were on backorder for like 4 1/2 months then they told me they can no longer order from that manufacturer so I asked if I can have my money back and I can go order the wheels I want at another store because I really want the the particular wheels I originally ordered.

I feel as though they should of told me that before they took my money knowing there was no refunds. The guy in charge of the ordering name is Jay he's the only one i've been able to talk evertime I ask for the owner he's not around I don't even know if he's aware of what's going on. My cell phone is the only way can call and I exceeded my minutes alot and my bill has been high. My check receipt and my cell phone bills been saved so i can pursue this in small claims or through an attorney. I appreciate your help and look forward to speaking with someone shortly.
