Ripped off charged credit card, did not send parts, did not refund money

Express auto parts promised to send parts, charged my credit card and then sent me an email stating that the parts were not available. When I asked why was my card charged, they said my money should be returned within 30 days. It has been over 30 days and still no money. This company should be banded from the internet!!!
