Engine Replacement Claim Denied Based on Speculation

I initially took my vehicle in due to an oil leak. Needless to say, they checked the engine and found that the engine is warped and needs to be replaced. Assurant sent a third party out to speak to the repair department at Car Care in Hendersonville, TN. My car has been at that garage since 07/16/2026. I have been given the runaround, and now Assurant will not replace the engine or cover the cost, even though the technicians have proven that this issue was not caused by overheating of the engine. I have never had problems with the engine overheating! They are denying the claim based on speculation. Again, they have a report showing that there have not been any codes indicating that the engine overheated. Your attention would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
