Tow service not provided. Bad communication.

Requested a tow service for my vehicle. Monday 05/04/26 Paid 300. for additional 40 miles over contracted agreement. Received appointment # 183759354. Was to be contacted by Tow provider.. Never was contacted. Tuesday 05/06 contacted Roadside assistance spoke to Allicia. Inquired about my tow service. She stated that they are having trouble locating a service provider. She will locate one had have them contact me. Never received contact.. Wednesday 05/06 Contacted roadside assistance again. Spoke to Robert re: my tow request. he stated that I would need to pay an additional $15. since an error was made regarding the 40. additional miles. It should have been 42 miles. I approved the $15 additional charge. He said that was the reason the tow service was not processed. He assured that the vehicle will be picked up on Thurs 05/07 at 10AM.. and that the provider will call before the pickup. Never heard from the provider, vehicle not picked up. I contacted roadside assistance again. Spoke to Orlando. He stated still trying to locate a tow provider. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He stated a supervisor Damien will call me with in 15 minutes. No one ever did. Around 11:45 Amy from roadside assistance called me and stated that she will process my tow request, locate a provider and that my vehicle will be arriving at the drop off location by 1:05- 2:05 PM. I asked if she was a supervisor. She said no, just an agent. I asked to speak to a supervisor.. at which point Leka entered the conversation.. She was not aware of my situation. I explained all to her. She stated they are trying to locate a provider. She also informed me that I can cancel the tow request and I will receive a credit for the monies I paid. I declined. I stated that I contracted with AARP roadside assistance from Allstate and I expect to receive that service. She put me on hold and stated that she will try to find me a tow provider. I have been on hold for more that 40 minutes. So, 4 days now I am trying to get my vehicle towed to my residence. Still waiting on a service provider.
