I took my car to them for service in August, and it took them two months to finish. After it was finally done in October, I received a certified letter in the mail on 11/27. The letter stated that I had 7 days from the date, which was 12/6, to address the issue. However, I received the actual notice stating that my vehicle had been towed to another location. I never received any phone calls informing me that my vehicle was going anywhere.

I have called several times to try and speak with someone and keep getting the runaround. I'm trying to figure out how they can just randomly tow someone's car without their knowledge. How can you give someone 10 days from the date on a certified letter, but they don't receive the letter until 9 days later, meaning you only have 1 day to retrieve your car that's an hour away? This is by far the worst place and experience ever. Now I have to take this further than it needs to be because of failed communication.
