Oil Cooler Pipe Leak Found After Warranty Expired

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought a 2010 LEXUS RX 350 VIN# 2T2BK1BA9AC043043 in May. I only drove this car for less than five thousand miles, so I just did the oil change last month. Unfortunately, the mechanic told me that he found oil leaking around the oil cooler pipe. The Oil Cooler Pipe Kit part number is 04004-29131. Also, he told me Lexus has a bulletin saying that if any issue is found with this oil cooler pipe, the car should be brought back to a Lexus dealer to be fixed within the four year warranty. The problem is that when I bought this car, the warranty had already expired. Therefore, I request that Lexus fix the issue. Thanks for reading.
