Ripoff thief lier swindle

Purchased a Panterra 50cc Dirt Bike from Innerfaceconcepts off Ebay, September 13 for $331.44... Never received the item, never received a refund...

Exchanged several emails with slaughterdog@aol.com, the Innerfaceconcepts ebay contact email address... I continually asked for a status concerning the shipment of the item... Was initially told that the bike was ordered from the distributor and would arrive "soon"... After a month and several more emails, I was told that I would be receiving a tracking number, that the item was on its way to me... Another month or so and many more emails, I was told that UPS had damaged 37 bikes and that "they" were switching to DHL... And that I was next on the list to receive a bike...
On 12 December I again emailed Innerfaceconcepts and asked for a shipment status concerning the mini-bike purchase of 13 September, this time the response was, "we thought that you already received it"...
Finally, on 15 December I asked for a refund.innerfaceconcepts responded with an apology and asked that I execise patience while they "got me that refund"... I sent several other subsequent emails asking for a refund status and have yet to receive a reply...
I filed disputes against Innerfaceconcepts with Paypal and Ebay, but alas, was beyond their days from purchase limits in each case...

It is apparent that Innerfaceconcepts never intended on fulfilling their obligation with this purchase. I believe that their intent was to steal my money from the getgo... Now I am forced to seek legal action against this group of thieves... Do not purchase anything from this company - they are swindlers and will rip you off!!!
