Enterprise Rental Ca
Mislead and cheat on car insurance

Dear Sir,

This complaint is for Enterprise rent car, 1128 S diamond bar, diamond bar Ca 91765.

My friends are foreign visitors from China, they can not speak
any English, they rent a car from 5/02 to 8/20,
during these 3months and 17 days, this said Enterprise rent a car sales mislead and pressed my friend bought the full insurance coverage eventhough my friend told them he has insurance and do not need thier nsurance, he also show his insurance letter to the sales. However, the sales told him they can not rent him a car if he do not purchase their insurance.
Terefore, my friends have overpaid total: usd2229.72. My friend
was trying very hard to negociate with them, they either lie or just
refuse my friend very impolitely.

As we consider Enterprise rent a car is a big company, but, the said branch do not want to negociate with us, and we want someone standing out for the reasonable explaination and we want to claim back our overpaid usd2229.72, we just want to be fair.

Hope the headoffice can give us some explainations on this.
And seems this is the only channel to complaint,
