Nice seeming couple but beware. Notice the "repair shop" next door where possibly wrecked or slavaged cars are re-made.
He's not beyond hiding defects, buying salvaged cars to flip etc. Too bad - his prices are good but you get what you pay for.
Absolutely don't buy without a thorough 3rd party mechanical review.
