Dobrinski Brothers, Inc does not pay and cheats you on payments

Dobrinski Brothers, Inc does not pay their bills and cheats on paying for services. They owed us over $8,000.00. They basically black mailed us into working free, stgating if we did a job for them (for Free) they would pay us some of what they owed us. We are a small company and they had us over a barrel. We did the work (worth $700.00) and they did pay a little less than half of what they owed us. They have yet to pay the balance, wont take for calls, answer texts, or emails. They are slim.
