Moved from TX to CO, After having a my pod for a week they called me the night before and said it would be another 3 days. Upon final arrival to the pods store house my belongings where damaged by tree sap coming from the wooden beams. I called to final for the insurance, but sadly couldn't get into the bad of the pod to see the other damages, so I asked them if we could switch pods etc. They said they would get back with me, I also tried to reschedule a time to get back into my pod to get medical equipment for my back. They said the store house wasn't answering their phones and they would have to get back to me. Over a month of calling in and no results, in that time my back got so bad that I couldn't walk or move. They still didn't seem to care. I'm still to this day waiting to hear back from them (over 2 months) and they still will not return my calls. SO if anyone knows a good lawyer that can help me in Colorado please let me know that information as well.
