Pricing is very competitive and usually the cheapest per cubic foot.
They have always been on-time, and flexible with changing times as my personal needs changed.
The most out-standing feature is their customer service. You will talk to people in the US who are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never been disappointed with a representative of this company, from the drivers to the office, and that is something I look for when they have all my worldly possessions.
My stuff has always arrived in good condition, but I pack tight & tie down - I can't say how gentle it is if the packing is sub-par.
