I have written budget about my rental and they have never writen back.

High I just want to tell you how BAD this rental went per My husband 50th Birthday. When we went to pick up our Ford Mustang that was discussed per Corporate Office and assured that they would have one there for us but it would not be a convertibles but assured that they would have a Ford Mustang waiting for us!!!

NO CAN DO they said! They do not have Mustangs. I asked to have the Airport Manager Andrew Johnson call me; Budget Rent a car System, Inc. 504/467-1296x305 never called my hotel The historic french market inn left the number.

Never received a call. I was so upset and no one would do any thing. I set this up far in advance. Is this your nature to spoil dream rentals. If so you did with mine, I was heart broken and my husband was expecting this once in a life time dream and you just made it a stab to the heart instead of a happy birthday thanks a lot!

We never even saw a ford car for rent in the lot!!! We have used you for many years and have spent alot of money, the price of a mustang for a fact!!! At this time which I have time to think about how sad I'am with this total rental a mustang in my driveway would be nice! You know you could have told me where I could get one and I would have taken a taxi or you could have been nice and driven us to that budget site.

Thanks for a total rip off!!!
