No communication. Dropped my car off for new bumper and window tinting. Cam Sneathen promised it would be ready upon my return from a two week trip. I returned yesterday and called to pick up my car. He told me the bumper was on back order, and he had no idea when it would ship. He also had not tinted the windows. For two weeks, my car just sat there, and nobody communicated with me about the issues. Purchasing the car. No problems. Service call. Terrible experience.
