Repair that was under warranty

Had my 2009 Outlander into Mentor Mitsubishi for a rattle that needed to be taken care of. They were very accomodating with dropoff and after hours pickup. Appointment was arranged quickly and easily. Bob and Jeff took care of me well. Their service has really improved not that htey are in their own separate dealership.
