PODS damaged my Pod unit when transporting it causing major damage to my stuff!

PODS delivered my unit to me with a huge gash in the side that looks like a fork lift rammed it. The delivery driver said it was done at the warehouse but wasn't sure how it was done or when it was done. He said that his boss was aware of it and that they would take care of any damage to my items if there was any. Long story short, its been over a year and i'm still trying to get my claim taken care off!!! They want to offer me 1/6 of what it would cost to replace the damaged items. Are you kidding me? You damage my stuff which I've spent a pretty penny on for you guys to keep secure and this is how you handle a long time customers items? I'm done with the waiting game for this claim to close, apparently it's going to take a lawyer to make this right!
Do Not Use Pods if you don't want your stuff damaged and then they offering you pennies on the dollar for your stuff. Ridiculous!!
