Ripoff sold jeep cherokee that was in flood told us it was red mud from oklahoma or sea salt from ocean major repairs starting

When buying a used car in texas we are warned about looking for flood damaged cars, well my husband and I had to get a used car and our 'friend' worked at the car lot. He brought the car to us, we had no transportation, it was a jeep grand cherokee. This was at night so we really couldnt look over any engine or under neath to see if there were problems. Next day I started noticing rust in the door were the screws were. Looked under the car and found reddish looking color all under jeep. Spoke with the man that is over fixing the cars and asked if this jeep had been in a flood, oh no he said its been in oklahoma you know they have that red mud up there. Since this is a four wheel drive I went along with it, my son in law was looking under it one day and said man you have a lot of rust down there and showed me.

Been having problems with it not wanting to get gas and stalling so we went to a jeep dealer and they are fixing it at this point. They have told us that the fuel pump and gas tank has so much rust in it that they had to steam clean the gas tank and order a fuel pump wich is about a 300. Dollar item. Total estimate so far 850.00 that include afew minor things like spark plugs that were so rusted. Well I called the dealership back and from the same man who said it was mud now says you know how it is when you live by salty water it can put rust on youre car, what was it man mud or water! Flood actually well I know they are lying and Im going to put the word out as I live in a small town and they wont have as many customers in to buy there cars.
