Worst Online Flower Experience EVER - Online Flower Orde

Absolutely AWFUL, the flowers ordered looked NOTHING like the ones in the picture. An order was placed for flowers that were shown on their website, and what was delivered looked like something that was dying at my local food store floral department. I called them, and they then said, if I wanted it to look like the picture, I should have ordered an upgrade on top of the already overpriced order. Their shipping charges were about double what you would pay on the more reputable flower sites, which I have since looked into after this awful experience. If you don't want to be embarrassed of the flowers you're sending a loved one, all while being ripped off and being treated by the rudest customer service department I've talked to, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
