Rude employe

An employee of the USPS, who delivers the mail in the area of Avondale, 85392 is very rude, she gave to me orders in a loud voice. She cant say: please backs away from the mail box while I'm placing the correspondence, not, just me cry as if to a subordinate and refused to give me here name, so I'm forced to describe it. Woman with USPS Uniform, wore a tattoo on each leg, obviously overweight for her height, long hair. It was 3 pm, May 31. Was sunny day, and I stay away from the shade and wait for half an hour to finish her very intentional slow work. I hope USPS take appropriate measures in this regard, because I read on the internet that have a mountain of complaints about unhappy customers, gives the impression that employees feel very confident that retain their job any way, never seen a phenomenon like this at any private or public company. Really bad.
