Can't Deliver - 16' moving and storage Pods

I got a POD for its ease of storage and the fact they would deliver across the country being as I didn't know eventually where I would end up. However I tried calling today to get my POD delivered and they wont' do it because it is too far away. I thought they moved across the country. Service staff is unhelpful and not empathetic.
