Bloomex Flowers not as advertised

I was enchanted when I saw how amazing the prices were for the flowers. When comparing different florists, these seemed like the best value. However, when the flowers were delivered they did not look AT ALL like the arrangements that had been advertised on their web site. I am quite sure they use pictures other florists have up and then make up their own arrangements before sending them out (I saw the pictures on another florist's site). The flowers were not even the SAME as in the pictures on the site. As well, there were half the number of flowers in the arrangement as what was expected. It's disappointing because I did not expect the difference to be so large between what is on the site and what is sent in real life. I know other florists are more expensive, but this is not worth the savings at all!
