Poor and Unprofessional Customer Service

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my entire family. We frequently interact with the USPS workers in this branch and have, for the most part, interacted with friendly and helpful employees. However, there is one particular worker, Linda, that consistently treats me and other customers rudely. She is condescending and unhelpful.
