I did contracted one car to realize our transfer at JFK Airport (july, 02). The car arrived extremely delayed and the driver called me by phone when I was making the check-in at The Surrey Hotel. I had paid an additional fee in order the driver meet us inside the airport, but the driver wasn't there and arrived extremely delayed. We went to hotel by cab.

After I send an e-mail, the NY Prestige Limo proposed me to do the transfer to JFK Airport in our departure (July, 09). I had scheduled by e-mail at 11h50 A.M. The driver arrived at 11h30 and went out without us at 11h40. When we done the hotel check-out the driver wasn't there more. After to wait for during 20 minutes I called the company and the attendant person informed us that the car had there at 11h30. When the company don't delay comes early! We paid and didn't received the contracted service.
