Ripoff Dishonest and RUDE

I recently purchased a vehicle and used Triad Financial via their Roadloans.com website.

This is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with! Unbelievable!

For one, if you payment is one or two days late, they will start ringing the phone off the hook looking for their payment. No grace time, nothing. Explaining to these people gets you no where... Their customer service reps must be prisoners on work release, because They know NOTHING and are very very RUDE.

Next, I pay my bills online. Triad doesn't have online bill pay. They want you to pay their check by phone or use Western Union and pay THEIR surcharge.

Unfortunately this month they manage to conveniently lose my payment. After a week of calling them trying to find the check, finance charges were building up. I was told to fax them a copy of my Bank Statements and Bill Pay voucher proving the money was sent. My Bank even called and tried to work this out. AND STILL I RECIEVE DAILY HARRASING PHONE CALLS.

I can get no one (any type of decision maker) to tell me if I need to cancel the bill pay and send in another payment. These customer service reps are absolutely worthless.

Finally after sending an email to the above people and another conference call with my bank, they decided to wave all but 5$ of the finance and late charges. I don't believe this is over YET, I think once they find the check they will try to cash it and I will get returned check fees!

My advice, AVOID Triad Financial at all cost!
