I brought a used Dodge Dakota in July. After a month of not receiving paperwork to get tag I called Metro Dodge. I had a problem of getting a hold of someone to talk to Julie in the tag department I don't believe exists. James Jones the General Manager has only returned 1 phone call I have placed in 4 months. Bud Ammens lead salesman, one the only one to help me and he did not work their at the time of the purchase. I have sent a letter to the dealership demanding they buy back the truck or give me a tag.
I later find out they sold me the truck illegally. They never paid of the loan from the previous owner therefore never had ownership to sell. I have talked with my finance Company and hopefully we are going to be able to do a walk away deal where I am cleared of the loan and I don't receive the three months of payment I made back.
I have called the Consumer Bureau and the Georgia Board of used vechiles, Gwinnett County Police, the Dodge Corporation, and my lawyer.
