Ripoff, theft by deception, liars

Ordered parts on 9-3-04, told in an email they were available. Immediately funds withdrawn from account. 2 weeks passed, no parts, no calls. Called them spoke to idiot clerk who said parts were shipped, never were. Spoke to owner John the thief, said part price was misquoted and if I wanted the parts it would be another $130. I agreed.

Again money immediately withdrawn. 4 more weeks go by, shipped WRONG PARTS, to WRONG ADDRESS, with MISPELLED name. F*ing Idiots! Called and told them parts were wrong, Christina said send back, I did. They signed for them on the 22nd of October. Told I would receive refund in 5 to 10 business days.

Bullsh*! Jackie in accounting is as lazy as the week is long, she will not return calls, when you can catch her on the phone, she says it is out of her hands. LIAR!

I have reported them and filed a complaint with the State Attorney General Office, and am suing them for a FULL (NOT $286 of my $685 that you tried to sneak passed me JOHN) refund, plus damages, legal fees and personal compensation for the aggravation and time this has cost me.

This guy John is an idiot. He could avoid paying me thousands by stepping up and BEING A MAN and rightfully refund the full amount of money HE STOLE from me. SEE YOU IN COURT JOHN! Bring a certified check dirtbag!
