Domino's Pizza

Dominos India has gone from
trusted to terrible. For a party at
my house, I ordered pizzas
at 10 pm. The pizzas
showed no sign of turning up,
even at 10:45PM, while I waited
outside the building.
I called Dominis bareilly again, and they had
NO CLUE! They even gave me an
excuse as lame as " might be this happen 1 hour back u can place ur order now at 11.30 by Mr Vikram Dominos store, Bareilly U.P.! Then
they said "WE WILL CALL YOU LATER".
What am I... Doing the work for
Dominos now? Is this how Dominos
handles customers? By asking
them to Place my order and they are least bothered?
After 2 calls, finally
representative of Dominos gave
me the mobile number of the
"store Manager: VIKRAM.
When I finally got through to the
store myself, the shift
manager told me "if you order,
there is no guarantee that it will
be delivered". WTF??!!! Is this
Dominos?
I finally feels cheated & harrased by the Bareilly Dominos store.
I've lost all confidence in Dominos,
not only because of the delay, but
also because of the way it was
handled.
