I worked for Cummins Power Systems in Rocky Hill, CT for 5yrs and during those years this company has stolen millions of dollars and even more from customers. How? Easy depending on the engine's symptoms and repair when the technician finds the problem (s) management takes that info work up a scientific lie, spin some other lies to the customer to believe them for the customer to ok cummins the job to work. Don't for get this is not the only branch that CPS LLC has to keep stealing your hard earned money and also the towns they operate in.

For those other Cummins dealers out there watch out CPS do bargains and deals with customers in Canada and those around CPS stealing customers and selling them engines, parts and other products and customer down south come up to get engines replaced in Connecticut from Florida and elsewhere.

It's all the branches as well promoting the Ponzi scheme. My termination was very stupid, the CSR is also from management refused to approve a new DPF based on the (Diesel Particulate Filter) reuse guidelines on Quickserve online. Think again are you still breathing clean air? The filter it self is blown soot on the clean side blowing through the cells in the ceramic, and on the out let of the exhaust pipe it's written that no soot is supposed to be present if such replace the DPF. The company willingly knew they are wrong written up bogus warnings about me then they write the reason willful misconduct which is actually on there part at fault telling us techs how to approach the repair. I was told for the past four years working under them to do the most shiesty and fraudulent repairs and feeling so guilty I don't wan to even work for anyone doing this. There were many times I know they are telling me the wrong thing to do and if I refused to which came the fifth year frank mangene along with rusty John graham formulate lies to kick me out of a job.

Warning to big fleet truck and or busses yes it includes you state and town vehicles also, I have even seen trucks that are sent for repairs and not once, twice, or Five times will get a tech or shopforeman that is in on the ponzi scheme to check out the truck write up lies and invisible parts on the parts sheet said supposed was put on but was never on the engine, park the truck back outside and call customer to pick up truck and stupidly they pickup the truck without looking under the hood. If there's a complaint about the truck not running right just guest another formulated lie. Truckers with cummins engine start knowing the operation of your engine or you will be robbed, not joking seriously.
