Ripoff Crashed My Ca

Friday, November 12 I took my 1989 Honda Accord to Jiffy Lube for an emissions test.

When my vehicle was returned to me the fender was smashed and side of the car crushed.

They denied that they hit my vehicle. There was no damage to this vehicle when I delivered it to Jiffy Lube. But when was retuned to me I had difficulty trying to get into the drivers side door.

I have spoken with their customer service department who just brushed me off and said that there was no evidence of the employee damaging my car on videotape.

No claims adjuster came to see my vehicle or to hear my side of the story. When I explained to them that my vehicle was taken out of my sight and out of the sight of the video cameras they said that my car was 15 years old, suggesting that it was worthless and that they didn't feel they had to repair it.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit.
