Problems with auto purchased

Bought a vehicle on the ebay site. Before purchasing spoken to web sales person asked if automobile is inspectable & all products focus on automobile. Web representative said examined everything works. Bought automobile got checklist from seller declaring products on vehicle are practical. Got vehicle, the majority of items which were examined off aren't practical. Just how can a seller set a momentary dish on vehicle without any inspection label? Buyer Beware!
