Dishonest Practices

Shopping at Roseville was the worst experience of my life. I brought in my 19 year old God daughter, having lost her Father when he passed away at a very young age it was up to me to help her through this process. I explained to them that it was a very difficult time in her life so I was hoping that Roseville Toyota would be delicate with her and help her. Well, she ended up finding a car she really liked we began the inevitable financing process. After Haggling and haggling we finally came to an understanding. She took her car home and drove it for 5 days when Roseville Toyota called her up telling her that they were not able to finance her for the original terms. Now, she's in a difficult position because she moving out of state in a two days. She ends up taking the new terms that are now almost outlandish because her back is up against the wall. Not only that, now it's 2013 so the sales tax has risen and not only that there are other additional fees that have magically appeared that were not there on the original contract.

There were many other things that have happened but I am just given you the summary.

This young lady is numb, as if she hadn't been through enough before going to this place.

Toyota Roseville is so dishonest. Do not buy your car here. They are slimy.
