Ripoff akin to senior abuse, charged over 700.00 but did not complete the work, never responds to anything

I am Dorothy, a senior of 79 years old. I took my car to this company to repair the shocks, they did never complete the job and did a partial work on the car but charged me over 700 dollars and it has taken from midsummer to now and still nothing completed.

My car sits unlevel and it is not completed, they have never completed the work but charge my credit card for the whole bill. They claimed they had to order the part.

I am a senior and doing all I can to make it on a limited income and I know this district manager named Calvin Robinson, never has done anything past my request to clear this up.

They took my money but never finished fixing my car for all this time. It feels imbalanced with their half fixing it. They do nothing and never respond to my pleas, calls.

They give me the "beaurecratic bounce" they take advantage of an older lady like myself and don't care about how they took money I can't afford and I am still working trying to make ends meet.
