Called them from CT, first the people that answered the phone have the biggest worse attitud but I took the chance since a friend recomend one of the sales man. I spoke with the salesman and they asked me to come to ny, I went there, first look at it? Not really good, they take you into the back room, dirty crowded, they promise to you that you will get a car even with bad credit or no credit at all... Big f@#$% liers. I waited for over two hours. I had a trade in a car that by Kbb is worth $5,500 as a trade in, Jimmy the "financial manager" big attitude apperantly he owns the place, he told me to my face that he didn't want my car but if I put first $5.000 cash down he would get me a loan, then he and another moron that got involve in the conversation said he can give me $1,000 for my car. What? Did they really thought this was my first time at a dealer? Or may be this was going to be my first car? F%&? & them, i have had many cars new and use. I will never come back to that place, there is many other places in ny and CT that can give you a better deal and will not try to rip you off like these morons, the problem is they now have my ss an all of my information if I ever have an Identity theft I know who did it. Please if you want to be treated like a real human, DO NOT GO TO THIS GARBAGE PLACE... What they promise is bull, they just want to take your money... Not even a restroom in that place... I rather go to a junk yard then to come back to that sh#$t hole. I mean if their own workers talk bad about that place... What can you expect? As for jimmy the financial a s s manager he knows what he can do with his attitude. Shovel up yours!!!
