Betterway Transport "I GUARANTEE WE CAN SHIP IT" no way from betterway

I needed to ship my daughters car to Texas and the Betterway employee and owner said no Problem! I was given a window of 4 days to have the car ready to go waiting for the call when the driver was going to be in my area. The $100 deposit had been sent to them and the drivers call never came for pickup. Communication from the company did not exist. I finally got in touch with them 2 weeks later and they told me, that it was going to cost me an extra $250.00. I kindly denied their service and requested in writing a $75 refund. They wanted to keep $25 for processing. I wa actually fine with that. However, they never came through. I have waited a few months to post this because I wanted to do so with a clear mind not filled with aggrivation. I am calm and at ease and have chalked up $100 to learn a lesson.
