Goal in Aiken, SC|2545 Rum Rd, Aiken, SC: is run by an inexperienced shop manager & racist, she will not employ or maintain used competent black-men as employees/supervisors, and he or she & her associate supervisor; John Kelly (a man whose a south aiken senior school drop-out, a sex-offender, along with a Klu Klux Klan member), frequently discriminates against group employees, and mistreats dark customers. Goal Shops, are as poor, or WORSE than wal mart! As it pertains to racial & gender discrimination at work. I was previously an associate supervisor there, and that I understand this declaration to become reality, I actually donot actually like buying there, the workers that preserve are sluggish and silly, they simply wander around the shop all day long clowning around, in the place of helping clients & performing like responsibe people. Unprofessional conduct is generally used only at that Goal area, and that I notice it's a whole lot worse at he Goal Shop, in Augusta GA.
